Jim Di Ciaula

President & Founder

Jim, a longtime resident of St. Charles, recently joined the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce as President  & CEO.  Prior, Jim was a senior leader at BMO Harris Bank and retired with over 28 years of service in November 2017.  He is a passionate change agent and visible leader, creating an environment for continued growth and sustained success.

As a prolific advocate of the not-for-profit community in his hometown of St. Charles, Jim has served on numerous community and non-profit boards and committees. Jim is currently the Community Outreach and Impact Lead for Christ Community Church. Jim founded Random Acts Matter in February 2017 on the belief that 1,000,000 small acts could change the world. 


Lori Georgeson

Vice President

Lori, a resident of St. Charles for 18 years, is married to David and together they have 2 grown children.  As an active volunteer in the school district and community over the years, Lori has often referred to herself as a professional volunteer. 

Currently, Lori is employed at Mid-Valley Special Education in St. Charles as a Job Coach and works part time at La Fox Martial Arts in Wasco.  Lori is delighted that the St. Charles community is embracing Random Acts Matter and looks forward to being a part of the RAM movement.

Diane has lived in St. Charles for 20 years with her husband Mark, and they have had the privilege of raising their two daughters, Caitlyn and Emily in this great community. She co-owns Vanishing Ink Laser Aesthetics Center in St. Charles with Mark, who is a physician.

Diane has had the opportunity to be part of the community, by serving on the Board of TriCity Family Services and by being active in her church, St. Patrick Catholic Church. She is excited about the possibilities for the community that RAM offers.

Debi Craig


Debi Craig has lived in St. Charles for 23 years, moving here when her son went into high school.  Her family has now grown to include her daughter-in-law and granddaughter. 

Debi is the Sales Manager for a large pet product importer and manufacturer. In addition to enjoying the role of ‘Grandma’, favorite pastimes include gardening, live music, and travel.  Being involved in the community has always been a priority to Debi and she finds that Random Acts Matter provides an opportunity to help so many people who need care and compassion during tough times in their lives.  Debi has been involved with Random Acts Matter since it’s inception and is pleased to hold a position on the board of directors. 


Tony Gange


Tony, a resident of the Tri-Cities for the past 25 years, currently resides in Geneva with his wife and best friend, Carolyn. Tony has been an Executive Vice President with the land division at CBRE, a fortune 500 commercial real estate company going on 25 years.

As an active member of the community, Tony has served on numerous committees and is excited to contribute alongside an organization like Random Acts Matters. Tony believes, that together, we can create a community of generosity that inspires and selflessly gives to others in need.
